Bad service and hospitality

Didnt all of my order, the ppl there act like its was no big deal, and like it was my fault for calling in my order. At least 4 of the workers there looked and acted as if they were high on mariquana and one girl was laughing cause i had to wait 10 mins for my oder i called in 20 minutes b4 hand and this is suppose to be fast food? I wonder if the main headquarters realize that the cookeville tn arby's on south willow does not like all ins and will not make it until you get there and then they ring it up in the system
