Irresponsible Landlords, moldy house, fleas, occasional rodent, dusty

I lived in the basement of the single family house along with three other women. This house is filthy even if it's been sweeped, mopped, and vacuumed. One of the rooms had fleas. Spiders in all other rooms. There were rats as well and ants in the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. We've used baits and lures, the bugs continue to come and go. Spiders are huge with long legs. Dust collects quickly because of so many ppl in the house. There's never room in the refridgerator. John and Nancy charges $500 per room including utilities. One of the rooms were so small that hardly anyone stays there longer than a month.

When we talked about the filth to Nancy and John and the growing mold in the bathroom, they've looked BUT never paid for repair services. Whatever you talk to them about that needs fixing, they refuse to comply.

We have been sick from the mold.in fact when we had a cold, it took longer to heal.

They're nice people. But it would be healthier if you found a better place to live w/o these hassling matters.
