On march 4 credit report took $19.95 out of my discover card they claim that i am a member. They send me e-mails that you can't reply to. I live in mexico and don't have a telephone. Ndiscover card stopped the payment for about 2 weeks than give the money back to them. I cancelled my card and got a new no and on april 4.2011 discover let them have more money from the new card. Now i have cancelled the new card and i am going to pay them what i owe less the credit report. Credit report never gave me anything so i don't owe them anything
