MY experience with AT&T for the last 5 years have been no better then problems. They expect you to buy products that broke unsuspectingly.internet connection drops and customer support is bad, Their customer supports does not resolve problem and rather keep transferring you to other assistance and telling you that they cannot help. "waste of life". My internet speed is no where near my plan, ripping you off is their goal. I really do not recommend anyone with AT&T, you can read other reviews and I'm sure they are all complaints. AT&T should stop packing their servers and make more so that servers are traffic free. (I thought At&t's top priority was keeping customers satisfied. Too bad they don't give a...)
