Unable to buy from Argentina

I tried to purchase a Monitor via Internet to CompUSA and the transaction was rejected by this company. They did not accepted an international credit card from Argentina. I wonder what the denomination of "international" flashed in my credit card stand for, then. I wonder also why, if the transaction was accepted by PayPal, CompUSA still rejected it because of my "Argentine" credit card. I wonder why if I can and I did rent a car, reserve hotel, buy anything being at USA using my credit card this credit card is rejected by CompUSA.
I hope CompUSA improve the payment methods they offer.
