The ad said $4.95, even verbal confirmation of order didn't reveal $99.99 more in 14 days. Misleading ad. What should have been 4.99 ended up being $104.94

The ad was very misleading. It was not obvious where the fine print said return in 14 days or you'll be charged another $99.99. They pull you in with the offer of only $4.95. I had a customer service person call me after I placed the order. She verified my shipping address and my credit card information, never once verified that this was a 14 day offer only and that they would be taking another $99.99 from my account in 14 days if I didn't return. I think this company needs to make that part of their customer service policy.inform your consumers. Very misleading and that's their intent, they get to laugh all the way to thte bank.
