Leaky Roof

I called Roger Ochs at Lincoln County Exteriors and expressed to him that the new roof had been leaking for some time and in the process had ruined two new back doors. He came out, looked over the situation and said if I tried to fix it or someone other than Lincoln County Exteriors it would be out of warranty. I had already called his worker, who did come out and fix it. After conveying that to him, he immediately walked off and said he would have to talk to his worker about that. I purchased materials for the repair. I finally received a letter from Roger in which he now states and totally changes directions and says his worker should not have come to make the repair because it was out of warranty. All I'm looking for is for someone to prime the mildew and paint the door. If he would give me the materials I'll do it. He made several thousand dollars off this siding and roofing job and shows no buisness professionalism. Also he expressed that the shingles were under a thirty year warranty, and as project manager made very poor choices in the wood preparation under the shingles as stated by his worker. As you can see, it wouldn't take much to make me happy. Thank You Very Much!
