Credit Card Fraud

On Wednesday, I noticed two mysterious charges or $42.65 posted to my account by Zoosk. I looked up the company and it is an online dating service from San Fransisco, CA. I don't use this service, never have and have no idea how they got my number. I emailed them since there is no phone number and they have yet to respond. I notified my bank and reported the charges but until the money is refunded by Zoosk, this case remains open.
