Ripped me off

I bought two house guarantees for $794. They explained I really could stop within thirty days to get a complete refund. I chose to stop 24 hours later once they improperly charged my charge card and would not answer my telephone calls. First they'dnot stop my purchase for months after which they inform me that there's a $50 termination cost for every plan. They returned my cash minus $100 and today they wont every solution my telephone calls.
