Received conveyor product wrote check than stopped payment fulling using product still

On 3-23-11 John and Brince Lou from A & D electronics came into our facility to purchase some used roller conveyor. They walked the premises saw the material we had for sale continually trying for cheaper price which I denied. They agreed upon the material and price. So we delivered to 5700 E. Airport Drive, Ontario, Ca 91761 for free. They off loaded the truck gave our driver a check only to find out 4 days later they stopped payment on the check. Not once did John or Brince call me to discuss any of this. On March 31st at about 10:30 me and my partner went to the location was let in by an employee and pointed out where to go. We took video and pictures of our conveyor in full production. After their employees saw us taking pictures the were ordered by a small chinese lady to grab our phones. She grabbed mine and went to retrieve it accidentally poking her in the eye. Then we were jumped and assualted by about 15 employees. We got out front and called 911 and the police arrived. Still to this date no payment or Explanation. We will move foward with the local Sheriff and the court system to press charges for the assualt and payment. Tony, South ElMonte, Ca 91733.
