The "five" complaints I've read seem a little "oops I forgot, but they should have known." A creditor is a creditor, and as long as they abide by the current laws in place, they have every right to bug you professionally for money due. Even if it is only 3 days late. I got into a new car with fairly bad credit thanks to this company. Life's situations change, and so does the amount of money coming in. A mistake in the past is forgivable because of companies like this. Be thankful you have a reliable vehicle. Many Americans don't, or have lost the ones they had.
