Ripoff took money off of my credit card without permission

The company removed 139.99 from my credit card without my permission. I have no idea who this company even is nor would I authorize them to remove funds from my account.

When I contacted the company I was told that they were sorry and that my account was closed. I have not receieved my money back and I am very irrate.
