Need to go to Jail

Besides what they are known for (over charging, taking kickbacks, giving kickback, bad estimates, and bulling tenants and homeowners, and stamping out anyone that stands in their way) even though i have not personally witness all of these activities i have heard it from other people in my community. But i can contest to the fact that they are bullies, i have seen them them harass tenants that attempt to remove them, and i have been a victim of the harassment. I've made small complaints about the way they handle the property, as a result, they had my vehicle removed and held hostage at Bonnie Towing and Recovery Inc that is owned by James Bonnie that was sentenced June 18 to 13 months in jail for several counts of grand theft auto, operating a chop shop and insurance fraud. Gary Budd and his gang of thugs including the HOA head (who i can only get his first name of Joe) and their associates (including James) have been friends for many years, and i am sure they will never stop committing crimes. The fact that they chose to hire a towing company who's owner has a history of stealing cars and selling them without notification of the owner (that took me less and 5 minutes and cost me nothing to find out) should be enough warning and give pause before becoming a victim of this company.
