Madison Collections
Nasty fake cheap plastic knock off goods delivered, had to pay to return them to China, no refund and they won't respond to repeated emails for months now

In December on my wife's birthday, I fell into the trap of believing I'd found an amazing deal on a Birkin bag. They retail for a lot of money, but I had found a website that sold them at an amazing discount price - $595
Madison Collections appeared to be a North American company, and although I suspected, there was nothing on the site to indicate that the goods were fake. I ordered, and many few weeks later the bag arrived, having gone missing for some weeks. During that time I was in regular email contact with them trying to get them to figure out where the bag was.

When it did eventually arrived, it was a badly done, plastic, fake. The quality was so poor that my wife just packed it straight back up in the box and gave it back to me.

It was only then I realized I was going to have to return it to a small town in China - and pay shipping to do it. I opted for shipping it by ground and boat, since even that still cost $100.

I had some contact with the company's 'Customer Service' dept around that time, and they assured me that when the goods arrived I would get my money back.

The return delivery was accepted and signed for in early February, since which time Madison Collections has stopped responding to emails and have failed to refund my $595.
I am at a loss as to what to do - they don't seem to have an address of any kind, other than the return address I sent the package to, which is
