I'am disabled with steel implants in my neck and lowere spine. I was rearended in Nov. Of 08. Nine screws and a steel implant in th lumbar area and five screws and another steel plate in my neck. I was the third car back stopped.
A young man bending down picking up something that feel on the floor. Rearended us. After months of medical reviews, sent to doctors that could not speak english well at all. Damaged me even more. Geico will not settle. They offered us less than 22k for settlement. A year ago and two lawyers later with out sucess of finalization. Geico will not honnor there offer. My future medical expenses due to this accident will be hellaish to say the least. I now pay out of pocket for meds I still have to take and doctors I still see. I want closure with Geico. They have done wrong and they know it. I need help in any form I can get it. The laws state they never have to pay. Is this true. Never? If writing this complaint form helps than great. Mrs Davis of the Lakeland office in Fla. Has done all she could to prevent the finalization of this accident. She should be question on here style of business practice. But as I was told.
We don't have to pay you a dime. Not until a judge states so. This is wrong. Almost two years and Geico still is untouched by this. Mr. RW Kent
