Ripped off my credit card number using my spouse's name. He never uses this card. Charged $19.95/mo. For unauthorized purchase of their services

I had a charge by Dealmax on my credit card. When I called to find out what it was, they did not want to tell me anything, stating that the purchase was made by my spouse. He NEVER uses my credit card, and when I asked them how they got my credit card number, they said it came through CC Music (where I buy my music CD's). My spouse has also NEVER purchased from CC Music. My spouse told the customer service person to release any information I need, so they were cooperative after that. All they said they could do was "discontinue my membership", but sadly, the $19.95 charge for the first month will not go away. I must also say that my spouse and I have separate email addresses. I am totally amazed that the cross-information they seem to have used is even possible! I don't believe I will be using the internet for any future purchases of anything.
