Had a tooth removed 2/5 and told HR i would not be in 2/8. Was terminated, they said for no show. Filed for unemployment and they are holding up my claim. I've received awards for my excellent team player. I have filed a civil rights complaint for age and race discrimination. The company told them i wasn't fired for my performance but they put negligent care of client on a notice form i received in the mail. They also gave bad reference to a company that i applied to for employment. I don't think this is fair. Please help me.
