Poor customer service - $ SWEET TEA

Purchased a soft drink from Mcdonald's counter. I was presented with a cup overflowing down the cup & the lid not properly in place. When I asked the server fora napkin to clean it off myself, since she showed no indication of doing anything, she sAid they didn't have any & pointed to the side counter at a roll of paper towel. The napkin dispensers were empty.
