I went into Sbarro 2 days ago and the workers were rude and need to take a class on customer service. I asked for a slice of pizza and my friend and I would share a drink. Our order was 1 combo, and a slice of pizza.instead, the lady assured me a drink was included in my order, which I didn't think twice about. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted the garlic sauce or the ranch, and for my salad, a Greek or Ceasar. She assured me it comes with me pizza. I have never been to Sbarro before this, so I had no idea I was being swindled.

My friend had already had his combo at the register and when I came around to join him, he was surprised I had all these different things on my tray. Again, the lady told us it was part of my meal, in a nonchalant manner that indicated it was free. She was aggressive and rushing us, and when she rang up our total, a the things she told me came with our meal got charged. I didn't argue, I just sucked it up and paid for it. I didn't get a receipt and the workers don't wear name tags.

Today I went in to give it another chance. The lady messed up out order and gave us a smaller drink than I ordered, and instead of correcting her mistake, came out from behind the counter and loudly argued with me in front of customers, and I got irritated and started arguing back. She wasn't making any sense, told me to check my receipt, and when I told her that the lid that matched my cup was a medium instead of the large I ordered, she stuttered and ran back behind the counter instead of apologizing.

I was extremely angry, because isn't the customer always right? I have never taken the time to complain about a restaurant before. But then again, the restaurants I've been to treat their customers with a higher regard than Sbarro.
