Ripoff

Mine is the same as others I have read here. I recieved a letter stating that I was guaranteed approval for a $5,000.00 credit card. All I had to do was mail in $39.00 by check or money order. I mailed in my money order and have been waiting for my credit card to finally look these people up online to find out a phone number, and when I did to find out that it's all a scam. What can I do and how can I get back my money?
