There has bee na charge on my credit card from this company for $29.97 there is no contact info for this website as a mother of 5 i can't afforf any internet misuse of my money

I just notice a charge of $29.97 on my credit card from a internet site called safecart.com. I have absolutely know idea what this site is used for or how they got my card information. There are NO contact details just links upon links to get to other sites which I have no reason to visit. I am a mother of 5 and i cannot afford such charges against me due to scams.
