Ripoff

I was recently going over my bank statements when i noticed a fee of 79.95 from CIC*CREDIT MONITOR. I never authorized this transaction and immediatly notified my bank.

Hopefully this will be resolved since I am a single mother of two and live from paycheck to paycheck, 79.95 is alot to me.
