They are not shipping items I won

BidRack is just a FRAUD! OPERATE out of this website!!! Gained many items, today they email me and state that because of issues with providers I will not be getting my items!!! They're providing me ESTIMATES for that products. One item that I gained was appreciated at $995 plus they are providing me estimates at. 60 per buck of the value of them. Other occasions they've stated that bids they provide for you once the website messes up are valued at. 30. Three of the things were Gift-Cards&how might they NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO obtain them?

I really donot need more estimates since the same task may happen, plus there's nothing to bet on. Many nights before they beginning having less deals, and those they are doing have are for crap and estimates.
