Stolen Flex-Bucket Money!

After 8 or 9 years with Cricket, they tell me that my money in the flex-bucket has expired. Never telling me that when i started. Using the flex-bucket is only for roaming charges. And when i went to the company store, to have my appx. Balance of 148.00 dollars put towards my phone bill, because i won't need it for roaming charges anymore. They tell me i can't do that. They won't transfer my money to my phone bill, i must use the money on other things like ring tones. I said that i don't want or need any other things. So they told me that my money will expire after a year of not using my flex-bucket on other things. But they won't transfer any money to my phone. And if i don't use my money on stuff i have no use for that i will just lose my money to it expiring. Which i was never told that, EVER. If i knew that i would have NEVER had put that amount of money into the flex-bucket account. Now i'm told my 148.00 has expired and all i have is a dollar in the flex-bucket account! I have lost that money. MY 148.00 dollars, entrusted to Cricket for roaming charges, that i have no more need of because of nation wide service and i don't leave town anymore. So Cricket has stolen my money under phony rules that only now do they tell you about. My mistake was trusting Cricket with my money and expecting to get it back when i had no more use for their services.

Thanks Cricket for STEALING MONEY from someone who can't fight you. It's time to look for a new wireless phony phone company to get riped-off by.
