After getting a speeding ticket, I came upon www.speedticketbeaters.com. Note that a potential customer cannot find out the prices until after submitting all contact and other information. I submitted my information to find out the cost, which I found out happend to be about the same as attending a driving class to stop the ticket from being registered on my record (which I've done in the past successfully and in the same state).

I, therefor, let time pass and ignored subsequent e-mails from the company to hurry and purchase their service, until they sent a threatening and insulting message stating, among other things, that I am going to lose thousands of dollars for not choosing their service and that they are accurate of their claim that the class used to omit the ticket from my record and that is no longer the case. I know, for a fact that is not accurate and told them so and claimed they have inaccurate statements and I'm reporting their company to the BBB (which I wouldn't have if they weren't so pushy).

That prompted a e-mail from their "legal" office that was full of legal threats if I were to even mention this information in public or to the Attorney General (I don't know where they got the AJ comment from 'cause I didn't mention that). I then reported the company for suspicion of fraudulant claims and personal threats to my state's BBB and am awaiting a reply. Everything I have stated in this report is completely accurate as fact. It is my opinion, however, that this company is a serious threat to the livelihood of American consumers and should be avoided at all cost.
