We arrived 45 mins after the written check in time after a long drive, only to arrive @ the Hilton to discover our room wasnt going to be ready for an hour... We were sent away... Only to return i 1 hour &a half tired and sweaty... To be told our room still wasnt ready... We went & sat down someplace cool... And returned to check in to finally get our room... No luggage in our room... No xtra fridge that we requested... So weare very disastified with our stay @ the Hilton.
