So far I called them twice. The person answering said the matter would have to be taken up with another department.

The second time she said she would "personally walk the request over to the other department." I never heard from them.

Trying to return the item, I was told that it had to be in the original packaging (how often can you open an item without destroying the original packaging?).

Bedros and his staff are all crooks! Buyers beware!
