Lawyer uses the system to avoid paying their bills

Leslie Judson Shekell has a law firm in Kentucky. Her secretary ordered office supplies from our company, on May 21. We called back to verify the order and it's cost on May 22 and she gave us the go ahead to ship. We shipped the order, with 30 terms, not COD.

They avoided our phone calls and letters unitl 11/26/03 when the finally answered their phone. We left numerous messages and none were ever returned. THey said they never recieved our invoice. We asked if we could fax it over and they said their fax machine was broken. To date, it still hasn't been fixed. We sent out a hard copy.

Ms Shekell is attempting to lump our company in with illicit telemarketers to justify her not paying the invoice. They even claimed they weren't online. Yet they managed to post negative reports about our company on the internet. They are a very decietful company.

We recommend not giving this firm or individual credit. They do not pay their bills.
