I have been concerned for several months and talked to my tech on more than one occation in reguards to the condition of our lawn and the areas being missed. On the first service of this season at the end of January they rendered service. After waiting for a couple of weeks to see results, I'm sorry to say it was the worst they had done to date. They said they treated for pre-emergent weeds and broadleaf controle, as well as furtilizer. Most prevelant is the complete lack of service to the back yard as well as the areas that I had spoken to our tech about several times.

I asked them on five separate occations in the past two weeks to return and re-cover these areas, and the people I or my wife spoke to never even recorded the complains. They also said that our tech never made note of any problems. The origional agreament states that if needed they would return to correct problems. (They won't!) We are hireing another sevice; but, would like there mess taken care of before we pay them.
