"We can't speak with you" - MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS

I was supposed to receive flowers two days before mother's day in order to avoid the busy time... It's now four days later, no flowers, no one will speak to me. My sender is on vacation and being the receiver, they refuse to tell me if they are even going to be delivered. As far as I'm concerned, my sender should just cancel her order and get her money back. This is ridiculous.
