Consumer Reports Magazine
Took my money and did NOT deliver Internet

Read a advertising card saying that I would get a years worth of CR magazines plus two reference books - one titled how to clean absolutely everything. I thought for $26.00 this was a good deal. I had no reason to think that they wouln't deliver. Well they sent me the bill before I got any magazines. That concerned me. Thank god I didn't pay with a card. The books Never showed up. That was two months ago. I log into their website today and find that because I ordered the magazine too early I can't have the online CR for free - anyone that buys the magazine subscription now gets the online for free - before it was another $25.00!

I canceled my subscription and the automatic email said that I would be getting $16.00 Back!!! So I paid $10.00 for the ONE magazine that I DID get.

I wouldn't trust their advice as far as I could throw them!
