Worst customer service ever

The people who work at this company treat their customers as thought they are doing us a favor by taking our money. I was a customer of theirs for over 8 years. I moved and wanted to get a fuel oil and a propane tanks filled. They once again insisted that I provide proof of owner ship of the tanks as I already have every year in the past. They seem to be unable to maintain records. They then told me that I did not come up as a customer EVER! I talked to the president of the company he just told me to take my business elsewhere. Absolutely unbelievable in this economy! The woman who answers the phone in the propane division is very rude and they have failed to show up for scheduled deliveries numerous times.
