False billing on visa cc account

I ordered an item from red envelope 12/07/09.

I checked on their home page that i would be interested in "free shipping".
Since that time, i have been billed every month for $11.97 by ic*freeshipping.com for a total of $167.58.

I notified red envelope so hopefully, they will never do business with this company again.

My husband is ill with cancer and we have moved from virginia to michigan during the past year. I did not notice the $11.97 false charge tacked on to my visa bill. Surgery, radiation and chemotherapy have been our primary concern, so i depend on the better business bureau to put a company like ic*freeshipping out of business.
