Charge my bank account 33.85 unauthorized today iv received a package

About ix months ago i odered by internet a 2 dollar bill from nem and i gave them my bank account so far o good. Then i noticed about 2 weeks later another charge and another delivery despite my efforts to talk to them. And then on 02/08 there was a debit for 33.85 and a package was deliered today
