I'm extremely unhappy with the "coaching" I've received. You don't have much luck when it comes to getting ahold of your coach. I expressed under no uncertain terms that I;m new to this so I'll need some "extra" help. I was assuredthat would'nt be a problem. Unfortunately I ended up playing either phone or email tag. I got so frustrated I opted to leave this "program". After great reluctance, the manager agreed to a refund. Though it wasn't the whole amount because I had 4 sessions of "valuable" coaching! The papers she sent were delievered in about 2 days. Ithen sighned the documents and faxed them back to her. Five [5] weeks later I'm still waiting! Before this agreement, she accused me of putting her name on the internet complaining about her! Which I never did! I also caught her in another lie. She said that I would be charged $200.00 less because I made a squawked about the price tag. It cost me $2495.00!! I have made repeated phone calls about the coaching[in the beging] and later on the status of my refund. Since she LIED to me I fill the agreement I sighned is nullified! Even with threats of a lawsuit, suicide and a lot of begging and pleading as well as informing them of a surgery I need I still get NO RESPONSE!!! They have showed absolutely no compassion whatsoever! I keep getting the run around! I have left messages on her personal phone line and yet, nothing! She asked me if this was it and I quickly said yes. She acted like she was getting hurt because I wanted out! So apparently the only option I have is to dispute the charge on my credit card, contact the attorney generals office and the bbb. Itsaid in our aggreement that if I tried to dispute the charge I wouldn't get my refund. I figuered after 5 weeks I wasn't going to get one! So I'm going to notify the consumer watchdogs about this evil ripoff! This truely is a scam at the grandest scale!!
