Unbelievably horrible

I write this complaint because I witnessed the effect on my poor friend due to this company's poor service. She made all of the arrangements for the POD to be delivered on a Saturday evening, having hired two professional movers to pack the POD the next day. She sent her daughter off (alone on an airplane) to their new location in Indiana (from California).

The POD was to have arrived at 5 o'clock in the afternoon... It didn't. And there was no way at all for my friend to contact the company. She tried every conceivable way imaginable and no contact, no POD. At 8 P.M. It finally arrived with no explanation for why it was three hours late. She was by then distraught!

The next day (packing day). When the POD was ordered and again when it was delivered, the company assured my friend that the contents of her very small apartment would fit into the POD, no problem.By the end of the day, she was left with several pieces of furniture that had to be left behind because there was not enough room. This was again traumatic for her.

Time will tell whether the delivery to Indiana will go any smoother than the events at the start. Because of what happened to my friend, I would NEVER deal with this company!!
