Complaint

I have At&t cell phone service and also have road side assistance. On 27 Oct I was stranded for 6 hours and jerked around trying to get someone to unlock my car. I cannot call anyone to complain or email anyone. I have four phones and I want to talk with someone in athority. I keep calling 611 service and they say to contact at&t supervision but there is no way to do that. I would like a email address or a phone number of someone in management to talk to. I have spent hours on the phone trying to talk to someone.
