Horrible customer service

I requested a advertising online from their website. I had a need to have 1' quit on each aspect of the indication. I'd them middle one-line of the advertising and evidently they readjusted my indication to ensure that there is no further 1' quit about the attributes. They sent me a proof. I appeared and noticed the point was focused that I'd requested them to repair. It appeared great and so I delivered the evidence back as OK. I also requested the banner with grommets every base of the advertising. Additionally, it claims on my bill grommets for each base of 8' x-10' advertising. I also requested what shade they called orange. After I got my advertising, it had been neon green, only grommets on the top and base plus they hadn't quit the 1' without text about the attributes. This indication has become useless since it wont wrap-around my current indication without dropping the very first and last characters of my company name. I will reside using the shade and that I may even include the grommets myself, but I can not make use of the indication today. They agreed to create another indication at a price of $225 after I currently paid $370 for that first one.
