Crooks, Bullies, Liars, ripoff!

How these people sleep at night is beyond me. They called when I was out of the office and lied to a secretary convincing her I placed an order. However, all of my toner is included in our service contract. They then convinced her to confirm the order via a faxed back signature. I called and had them send me a UPS return label. I also reported them to both the California Attorney General http://caag. State.ca.Us/consumers/mailform.htm and the Consumer Affairs office http://www.dca.ca. Gov/complainthelp/citizen-complaint.html
Why are these crooks still in business!?
