Customer Service/Poor Business Acumen

This is quite sad actually. To my latest understanding, it is the year 2011. This company has definitely not progressed well with time. I have dealt with this company as an agent and policy holder and they suck!

Long story short... They're just not a "bright" company. Extremely low business acumen, and a very delayed response to general requests, inquiries, and issues that they are responsible for.

In the scheme of things, I'm sure that this company enjoys being profitable. There is no problem with that. This is America. Sales, sales, and more sales are awesome! But general aloofness is a huge foul, and there is alot of that going around at this firm.

There is a really western "feel" to this company. But rightfully so, they're from Texas. Where the cowboys once reigned supreme. It's ironic that the image of a cowboy is all over the company's website and marketing materials. But with that being said, I don't think that cowboys were the brightest group of people. Their often portrayed as scatter-brained, whiskey drinkin', gun toting morons. Farm and Ranch Healthcare is upholding that legacy.

If you are ever involved with this company... I hope that you were born into it and that your father is the president of the company. If not, stay away. Yeehaw!
