Liked Shamwow mop NOT anymore

On June 22 I bought the shamwow mop from a local store. I loved it till today July 14 th. I followed every instruction it gave even went online to do more research. The reason why I got it in the first place is I have physical issues that wont allow me wring out a mop enough.
I went to use it today and the bottom part of the mop wont hold onto the lower part when I went to wring it out it kept coming off. So now till I get a new mop I guess Im going to step on it wring it enough.
I threw out the box along with the receipt stupid me.
Id advise no one to buy this cheap product.
