Be very careful when ordering leads from Robert Blackman. He offers a $1 trial, which can be cancelled before two weeks and not incur any more payments. However, once he has your card details, he continues to charge you.
He also promises things he cannot fulfill. Before I placed an order for his leads for life, I checked with him whether he could provide for a particular country abroad. He said he could.
But he didn't. When I asked for a refund. He agreed to refund, but I am still waiting for it 3 months later.
Please be very careful if you decide to do business. He does not respond to emails or requests to phone back.
