I also had an unauthorized debit hit my account today for $29.95

Today, when I looked at my bank statement I saw an unusal draft for $29.95. The check# was inconsistent with my check and my address printed on the check was wrong. I called the company and was shuffled around and finally refered to www.billingassistance.net which is useless.

I have filled out a fraud report with my bank and I also had a mortgage with Cenlar as reported by another of your users.

Anyone want a class action lawsuit out there? And, what is the is the Banking Commissioner of Nevada doing about this?
