Blue Mountain makes it impossible to call to cancel their so called free trial - e-cards

I could not cancel my trail offer on Sat or Sunday as the only way you are allowed is by calling Monday thru Friday
so by Monday not only did I try calling aand not get to speak to a live operator I was emailed that I had a 7 day trail and too bad I was charged $19.99 when I picked the service for $9.99 to begin with as I cannot print cards as I do not own a printer - when I eemailed them that at least they could hhave adjusted my charge but that part of my email was not even acknowledged
