Rip off

I read the ad of Radialabs and filled up the application form, but did not pursue the purchase as I immediately cancelled my entry. When I checked my bank account there were three transactions made. January 13, $3.95; Feb. 1 $73.78; Feb. 1, $74.95.in the advertisement, sample product will be mailed and confirmation for the next order will be made by the customer if satisfied with the product. No products have been received so far. I would like to request for the refund of the whole amount charged to my account.
