Bank Account hacked

I was also ripped off by BBU Interservices! I had a check post with the correct name and wrong address as well. The mailing address for mine was also within 100 miles of my home address.

I called the 1-866 number on the check and was told the IP address (which I think was a scam as well). I was also told it was "authorized charges from an adult website".

I had to shut down my checking account however I was able to track it back to my mortgage company. It has to be that we are all using the same mortgage company or they are all using the same 3rd party vendor to process our payments.

I filed a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission's website.

I also hope these people are prosecuted to the fullest extent!
