I have had this phone for about a year and this week, when I went to access my contacts, it just shuts off and restarts. I tried resetting, to no avail. This phone has been lightly used! And should not be doing this. Unfortunately, the warranty is over on it. What else should I try?

I am not spending any $ to try to get this fixed as I have done some research on this product and only see that many users of this particular cell phone are having exactly the same issues and then some.

Any suggestions other than trash it?
