Straight Talk Wireless
Poor customer servce

Miscellaneous

I purchased a phone on line for a xmas gift. We attempted the process of activation for over two hours and the wrong phone number was attached, the phone continued todrop calls. Since the phone did not work properly it was returned for refund before xmas.in attemptingto speak to people with a language barrier, the process for return was over an hour and very frustrating. I was told to call back and provide a tracking number ans my refund would be received in 30 days. I phoned back 35 days later andwas told that they did not have the tracking number to which I had to provide again and reamin on the phone for another 45 minutes to straighten out. I was finally told that the phone had been recieved and my refund should appear on my card within the next two weeks. Straight talk should be ashamed of outsourcing services and not keeping the American customer in mind. I am sure it is just as difficult for anyone else but the consumption of time is truely rediculous. I like their phones and pray that nothing goes wrong to where I have to contact customer service ever again.
