AKA ITCTV ITCTV calling me up claimed at first to be Verizon wireless

At 1:13pm on Dec 27 I recieved a call with a prerecorded message stating that it was Verizon wireless going on about my having registered my cell number on the portable number site, i had not, and to press 1 to talk to a verizon rep about new service, when i pressed 1 guess what, It was the king of scams, Internet Treasure Chest, I called verizon after telling ITCTV to remove me from their list, having been scamed by them in the same ways as everyone else who fell for this crap scam, Verizon claims no knowledge of connection with ITCTV. Who's the liar? Is ITCTV just useing a popular company name in a bait and switch way to get to people, or has verizon throw their lot in with the infamous scam artists at ITCTV?
