Follow up customer service

Last year we bought a Tuff Shed for storage.
I am totally satisfied with the product. It is attractive and substantial.
I am very impressed with the customer service in the Sacramento area. I have called twice and dealt with Ray. The first time was the door latch wasn't closing correctly. The next day someone was out to repair the latch.

The second time was much more involved. We were repairing the sprinkler system and the gardener found that a foundation block was on top of a sprinkler. Once the sprinklers were running, the water pressure would undermine the block.
I called Ray and he arranged to have someone come out (even arranged a time that was convenient with the gardener). They lifted the shed up and we capped the sprinkler. I was totally satisfied with their service and the "make the customer happy" attitude!!
